Curacao
A sweet liqueur made by infusing the bitter peel of the curacao orange with the
grape brandy spirit. After distillation and rectification the curacao is colourless
and is known as triple sec. It can then be sweetened and coloured (blue curacao,
orange curacao, etc), 20-40% a.b.v.
