Gin
Gin is created from neutral grain spirit which is double distilled in a continuous
still, producing a clean, pure and tasteless grain spirit of high alcohol content.
The "botanicals" are what flavour the gin. The juniper berry must be the predominant
ingredient but others include caraway, angelica root, orange and lemon peel,
coriander seed, orris root and cassia bark.
