Poire Williams
A pear flavoured brandy made from the Williams (Bartlett) pear. The bottle is
tied to the tree so that the young pear will grow to maturity inside the bottle.
When the pear is ripe, it is picked along with the bottle and the remaining
space is filled with brandy, 40-45% a.b.v.
